Chino, CA Planes of Fame Air Museum.   For the Planes of Fame 2020 schedule, click here.   See their website for further details.  Their “Planes of Fame ‘Outdoor Experience’ “begins on Saturday, May 30, 2020.  Click here for details.  The museum is due to reopen on Friday, June 12, 2020.  Demonstration of a Corsair set for Aug. 8, 2020.  Demonstration of a P-38 “Lightning” set for June 5, 2021.

Collings Foundation.  The Collings Foundation “Wings of Freedom Tour” offers opportunities for you to fly aboard a B-17, B-24, or B-25 or even take the controls of a P-51 Mustang or P-40 Warhawk in addition to viewing a ground display of the planes.  Their 2019 tour proceeds from California (June 6) to South Carolina (Oct. 25).  See their website for details.
